Stress and grief are stored in the body – yet, the mind-body connection is often neglected in psychology. Practices such as somatic mindfulness and breath control can help you release any pent-up emotions and reset your mood.

Experience and training

I started working in personal coaching in 2016 and in stress management in 2008. My clients include people of all age groups and firms that aim to improve the mental health and wellbeing of their employees.

I have trained extensively in somatic practices in London and in Asia and I qualified as a coach from Animas, an institute accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I continue attending lectures and workshops.

I have also had some training in counselling skills and I have taken part in, and assisted with the facilitation of, various therapeutic workshops.

Besides running a wellbeing practice, I have taught yoga and mindfulness in workshops and on retreats. I have been practising yoga regularly since 2003 and, over the years, I have attended several meditation courses.

Before working in mind-body health, I worked in translation and interpreting and in music and language teaching.

I work with clients on platforms such as Skype and Zoom. The frequency of the meetings varies from weekly to monthly.
